I knew that the company has a very good reputation and is a market leader. In my opinion, these are ideal conditions for starting a career. From the first days of work, I realised that this was where I could apply my skills, implement any ideas and be useful to the company.

Production volumes.

What surprised about the internship
Interesting events: there were trainings, visits to other plants, and quests in different cities. We also had the opportunity to implement the projects that were important for the plants, work as a team, see the real results of our work.
